Q. Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes. For your protection and that of our staff, we are licensed, fully insured and bonded. Copy of our insurance certificate available upon request.
Q. Are the employees legal to work?
Yes, all of our employees are either citizens or are legal residents of the United States.
We do a full background check on them and have them fill out an I9 form.

Q. Do I need to supply anything?
For your convenience, we provide all green cleaning equipment and supplies.

Q. How do I pay for my service?
Payments for home cleaning and apartment/vacation rental cleaning is due at time of service. For commercial cleaning, we will invoice.
Q. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preference.
Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
Here are some suggestions.
1. You may give us a key.
2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the lobby.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
5. We work out a new method.
Q. Can I personally hire an employee of Maid Green?
It is against the law to personally hire any Maid Green's employees without written consent by Maid Green.
