Every home is unique. Our hourly rates ($20 - $25) per employee we send reflect that.
For example: A two bedroom/two bathroom apartment initial cleaning will cost between $120 and $160 to clean. This does not include balcony windows.
Rate estimates includes all eco-friendly cleaning equipment by an experienced professional, supplies, insurance, taxes and bonding.
- One bedroom $75 - $120 per cleaning.
- Two bedrooms $85 - $160 per cleaning.
- Three bedrooms $120 - $200 per cleaning.

Gratuities are not necessary, but are welcomed. If you feel our maids have done a good job and you would like to reward them, you may do so.
